• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Each person may only maintain one active account

When using JobFix.ai, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your resume or profile
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract our AI models or data
• Use the Service to generate deceptive content or misrepresent your qualifications to employers
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the Service without our permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize any content generated by our Service without written consent
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

You retain full ownership of the personal content you provide (resume data, work history, skills, etc.). By submitting content to JobFix.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data. AI-generated output (resumes, cover letters, suggestions) is provided to you for your personal use and is not independently copyrightable by JobFix.ai.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. JobFix.ai shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary unavailability.

JobFix.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. JobFix.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes from using our tools.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from your settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
